Civil Engineering Programs in Canada

I'm currently in grade 11 in an Ontario high school and looking at going into civil engineering once I am done. I am not limiting myself to only Ontario universities, so with that in mind: What university in Canada would you say offers the best civil engineering program?
Further, what are the pros and cons of the various universities that you would consider among the top for civil engineering?
Any kind of response could help at this point. Thanks

I would say, apply to waterloo. The engineering programs there are
better than most other universities. To to their website and check it out.

I have a few friends in civil @ Ryerson, and they're all pretty happy there
